1. Grab a paper bag, one that is large enough to hold a child's school lunch.

2. Address it to the National MP of your choice. You can find a list of National MPs here.

3. Add your message why you want the MP to support the Feed the Kids Bill.

4. Sign it, add your contact details and pop it in the post, just as you would for a postcard.

No stamp is required.
